Questions We Get a Lot
Traditional saunas heat the air around you to create warmth, while infrared saunas use infrared light to warm your body more directly. Many people find infrared sessions feel gentler and more comfortable, making them easier to enjoy for longer periods. Both offer a deeply relaxing experience, but infrared models are often preferred for home use due to their lower ambient temperatures and efficient warm-up times.
Our collection includes options for a range of spaces, from compact 1-2 person cabins like the Solvana RadiantCore starting at $2,495 to larger full-size indoor models like the Vantaa Eclipse Luxe. Most models are designed to fit in a spare room, basement, or wellness corner with a standard power outlet. We recommend measuring your available floor space and reviewing each product's dimensions listed on the product page before purchasing.
Our saunas are crafted from materials like Premium Canadian Cedar, Canadian Hemlock, and FSC-Certified Wood, each chosen for their natural durability, heat resistance, and beautiful finish. Cedar in particular is a longtime favorite for sauna construction because of its natural resistance to moisture and its warm, inviting aroma. The quality of the wood directly affects the longevity of your sauna and the overall experience inside it.
We offer free shipping on most orders within the Continental U.S., though orders to Alaska and Hawaii are excluded. If you need to return your sauna, our 30-Day Return policy has you covered. Please visit our Return Policy page for full details on the return process and eligibility requirements.
