Customer Reviews
Good value considering the quality. The infrared technology works well and the cabin feels sturdy. Takes about 20 minutes to reach optimal temperature which is reasonable.
Researched saunas for months before choosing this one. The NovaTherm delivers on every front - beautiful design, efficient heating, and the dual-vista feature is brilliant. My evening routine has completely transformed and I feel so much more relaxed.
Best purchase we've made in years! The craftsmanship is top-notch and it heats up quickly. Love having this luxury at home.
Really impressed with the cabin quality and the infrared system works perfectly. Setup was a bit more involved than expected but customer service was helpful. The dual windows are a nice touch and make it feel less enclosed.
The build quality is outstanding and the dual-vista design makes our basement feel so much more open. Assembly took about 4 hours with two people but the instructions were clear. We use it almost daily now and the infrared heating is incredibly even. Worth every penny for the relaxation and quality time together.
